Personal data that we process
Tamaska does not process personal data because no personal data can be left on our site. We also do not use social media plugins.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@tamaska.eu, and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Tamaska processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your payment
- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Tamaska also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

How long we store personal data
Tamaska does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. All data that is necessary for placing and paying for an order, sending it and for creating an invoice are stored for 7 years in connection with legally established terms.

Tamaska only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Tamaska takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
